When i was researching to buy premium villas in North Goa, i came across this masterpiece of Vivenda de Aqua which was a creation of Mr. Navneet Kapoor, upon dwelling further into my desire of purchasing the villa, the team gave me a show around at the property and explained every detail of the villa. This process was so smooth that it solidified my interest and I purchased the villa.
The house was exactly like the photos, so beautiful, we loved it! All amenities were working absolutely fine. Pool was very clean. The caretaker was very helpful. The host was always available on call/ msg. We will surely be back! Suggestion: The kitchen could have some basic cooking essentials such as oil, spices, tea, sugar etc.
Amazing 48 hours we spent at villa. reality was exactly same as description. Privacy, peaceful environment, cool breeze at roof terrace. would definitely like to visit this place again. I would very much recommend this place to all the people who want to spend lazy time in Goa.
This was one the best places I’ve visited. Amazing interiors amazing service amazing coordination. You get what you see. I couldn’t stop clicking pictures at every corner of the villa. Minute details were taken care too. Extremely clean. This was better than staying at any 5 star hotel. Private pool was clean too. My family loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.

How is land dispatched to a buyer?

At SDH, we take great care to ensure transparency. We are proud to inform you that all our properties for sale have been legally cleared by the relevant authorities. We also have a specialised legal team to handle the paperwork for each plot of land. We only proceed with our purchases when our teams give us the green light.
How do you maintain the property?
At SDH, we understand that creating beautiful homes for our clients is only worthwhile if they are kept in pristine condition. To ensure this, we provide a professional property management team that is available 24/7 and consists of concierges, housekeepers, plumbers, gardeners, guest relationship managers and security guards, all of whom are highly trained.
How do your community homes maintain privacy?
We understand the importance of keeping your home private and secure, and have designed our community homes accordingly. Each home is separated with secure walls, chain link fences, or bamboo partitions. Taller trees are planted around the perimeter of each plot to provide an extra layer of privacy. Despite this, you may inevitably see or hear your neighbours from time to time, however, we strive to create an atmosphere of shared respect for quality living.
How do you ensure adequate water and power supply?
All of SDH’s homes are equipped with a full-load diesel generator set to be used in the event of a power outage, and each home is connected to the Public Works Department’s water supply. In the event of a water shortage, tankers are called in.
