We assure you that our commitment to excellence continues long after you buy the property and move into it.
For villas and estates, we acquire a sales deed and right away carry the land to the buyer. We then shape a separate contract with the buyer(s) for their design and construction contractor to build their home.
At SDH, we take great care to ensure transparency. We are proud to inform you that all our properties for sale have been legally cleared by the relevant authorities. We also have a specialised legal team to handle the paperwork for each plot of land. We only proceed with our purchases when our teams give us the green light.
At SDH, we understand that creating beautiful homes for our clients is only worthwhile if they are kept in pristine condition. To ensure this, we provide a professional property management team that is available 24/7 and consists of concierges, housekeepers, plumbers, gardeners, guest relationship managers and security guards, all of whom are highly trained.
We understand the importance of keeping your home private and secure, and have designed our community homes accordingly. Each home is separated with secure walls, chain link fences, or bamboo partitions. Taller trees are planted around the perimeter of each plot to provide an extra layer of privacy. Despite this, you may inevitably see or hear your neighbours from time to time, however, we strive to create an atmosphere of shared respect for quality living.
All of SDH’s homes are equipped with a full-load diesel generator set to be used in the event of a power outage, and each home is connected to the Public Works Department’s water supply. In the event of a water shortage, tankers are called in.
